This hotel is clean, luxurious, and the staff is outstanding! We were visiting Portugal and wanted to spend a day or so in Lisbon. The front desk staff was incredible—helping us figure out where to park (we drove and really appreciated the free garage parking) both in the downtown area and in Sintra, and what to spend our valuable time to see and experience. The front desk was professional, very warm and welcoming, and that made our stay so much nicer. The breakfast was first rate—a real bonus on top of beautiful accommodations.

The hotel offers a great breakfast. I had a nicely appointed room, with a large TV (that I unfortunately didn't have time to use) and a large bathroom with a bath and bidet. The staff was really friendly and helpful. I forgot something in my hotel room when leaving to fly home. When I found it missing upon unpacking my luggage, I called the hotel. They had already found it and will be mailing it to me. They are willing to go the extra mile

A very good hotel, free hotel underground parking, breakfast was very good and a good choice of meals for dinner in the hotel restaurant. The hotel is new, clean, good-looking. A good choice if you travel by car as the hotel is far from the main city (it stays in a business center area). It seems to me that the hotel has a shuttle bus service (I have seen the hotel shuttle bus parked near the hotel).

Perfect location for the travelers with the car. Free parking available on minus 2 floor of the premises. 20 minutes ride to Lisboa center. Delightful buffet for breakfast with plenty choices. Good restaurant with tasty food if you don’t want to go out for dinner. 24 hours room service. Friendly personnel. Very clean rooms. Highly recommend this hotel.

An incredibly well run Hotel. Staff were perfect, friendly and incredibly helpful in all aspects of my interactions. The facilities were also very good - the restaurant/breakfast, and gym were clean and service was great with AC available in all areas to keep the summer heat under control. The room was comfortable, quiet and well maintained.
